Free Pick-Up and Return Service to All Berths

We provide a completely free pick-up and return service to all berths. This is what we do best, ensuring seafarers can get where they need to go quickly and easily.

However, please note that our service is not always available. When we’re unavailable, you can still order a Taxi or Uber, but these services are only available at specific berths. Please check which berths support Taxi and Uber access.

Carrington Dyke 1, Dyke 2
Chanel Berth
Eastern Basin 1 & 2
Western Basin 3 & 4
Mayfield 4 and 7
Kooragang K2 & K3

If you are at any other berth, contact us for assistance.

Reminder: Check your terminal rules before coming down the gangway.
